PURPOSE
OF THE UNIT
Fast mixing laboratory
unit is designed for preliminary mixing of methanol with
vegetable oils. This unit should be operated in closed heated
facilities.
The design of the unit
completely imitates the technology, which is implemented in
industrial scale biodiesel production units built by Ukrbudmash,
Ltd.

PURPOSE OF THE UNIT
Fast mixing BIODIESEL production unit is
designed for mixing of methanol and alkali with vegetable
oils. This unit should be operated in closed heated
facilities. The design of the unit is compliant with the
concept designed by Ukrbudmash for industrial scale
BIODIESEL production units.
The layout of the unit, the placement of
passages between separate parts and piping is custom
designed for the client’s premises,
The
area required for the unit (without supplementary vessels
and passageways) is sqare meters.
The
alkali concentrate preparation system (pos 2) delivered by
customer request.
The
alkali concentrate can be optionally equipped with air
ventilation and fire safety system.
The
vessels for oil, methanol, glycerin and BIODIESEL are not
included in the standard delivery.
Oil
and methanol vessels should be placed above ground level to
assure self-filling of the pumps.
The compressor (pos 9) is delivered by customer request
